With a highly equipped facility we offer component rebuilds of spindles, tables, tool changer units, eject cylinders and drawbars. We also offer services to recondition or rebuild machinery in our facility, when it is a better choice economically.

Machine Tool Services, Inc. is a contracted service provider for Makino, and has aso developed partnerships with other vendors to assist in retrofits to the Mitsubishi M-H4A, M-H5A and M-H500 machining centers. These models had some minor problems with coolant leaks, coolant contamination and faulty waycovers. If this sounds familiar, please contact us to discuss the solutions we have designed. These retrofits would reduce downtime and increase productivity, while reducing repeated parts orders of ballscrew bearings, ballscrews, X-Axis motors, encoders, and cables.
