MTSI rebuilds Mitsubishi spindles for many different models, including almost all vertical and horizontal machining centers and turning centers. Our factory training and years of experience give us an edge over the competition.
When we rebuild a spindle, high precision bearings are utilized, as per Mitsubishi specifications. We apply the correct amount and the correct type of grease when applicable, as per Mitsubishi specifications. We also check the drawbar/tool locking assembly and rebuild it, replacing O-rings, belleville washers, and retention collets when necessary.
We may even have your spindle in stock, already rebuilt and ready to swap out in an emergency. If not, we can usually provide a quick turnaround, and we guarantee our work.
